MSPCA Animal Shelter In Dire Need Of Donations 😿 This Is How Maltese Students Can Help Right Now 🦮

Unfortunately, the Malta Society For The Protection And Care Of Animals (or MSPCA) simply cannot close amid lockdown. In fact, they must work extra hard as caring for their animals becomes increasingly difficult with supplies & funding running out...

Not only that, but they have been forced to close their charity shops, a very big source of income, and now more than ever are in desperate need of people's help.

Here are a few ways that you can make a difference, today 👇

Firstly, You Can Adopt A New Pet 😍

If you think about it, right now is actually the perfect time to pick up a new furry friend.

Why? Well, they're great company, especially during these times of isolation. They're also a nice & convenient source of unconditional love you can rely on, for when your bae isn't texting back. Lastly, you're inside all day, so you can spend loads of time becoming besties!

Fun fact: The government will actually pay you 150 € if you adopt a pet 👀

Fulfil A Puppy's Wish ⭐️

The next best thing you can do to help is to buy the shelter (Rehoming Centre) the resources it needs to keep its animals happy & healthy.

The below is an excerpt of their official wishlist, you can find the full list here.

Direct Donations & Sponsorships 💰

Last but not least, you can donate directly via SMS, Bank Transfer & Paypal from the very comfort of your phone, super easy to do.

If you'd like to even go that extra mile, you can even become a sponsor and support these animals on a regular basis from as little as 50c each week!

You might not think it, but these tiny contributions make a huge difference and could potentially save multiple lives in the long run! 🙏
