1️. Pool Attendant
📍- AX Sunny Coast Resort & Spa
⏱ - Full Time
Your job here will be ensuring that all guests receive a comfortable & high-quality stay at our pool or Leisure Club areas. You'll also get to assist the maintenance department whenever needed, even in winter, so this role may serve you well past being just a summer job!
Responsibilities:
Helping guests carry or set up their umbrellas & lounges.
Ensuring changing rooms are always extremely clean and up to standard at the Leisure Club.
Continuously do rounds throughout the pool deck and ensure that guests are having an excellent time.
Make sure the gym, squash court & indoor pool areas are squeaky clean
To liaise with the Restaurant staff with regards to any food and beverage services around the pool.
To clear the pool area from any bottles and/or cups continuously to keep the pool clean at all times.
To ensure that all life saving and other equipment are in place.
To ensure that all guests follow the Leisure Club rules and regulations of both the outdoor pool, the indoor pool and the gym.
Being familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures.
Requirements:
Always wear a smile & embrace having an excited and outgoing personality
You're able to work as part of a high-functioning team, independent of supervision
Experience in a similar position would definitely be an asset

2. Front Office Agent
📍- AX The Palace Hotel

Requirements:
The ability to lead with ease, as well as a strong sense of attention to detail
The ability to work on your own initiative and take decisions proactively is important
A natural flair and enthusiastic personality when speaking with guests
Excellent grooming & personal hygiene
A good standard of education & the ability to speak very fluently in English
Experience working with a hotel system like Opera (sales & event management software) would be a great asset
Minimum of 1-year working experience in front of house operations is a must
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends
Responsibilities:
Being available for guests at all times, making sure all their needs are met
Contact arrivals and ensure they're happy – follow up on any and all feedback in the correct way and as per standards
Maintain positive relationships with all Tour Operator couriers & group leaders
Ensure that accurate records of wake-up calls, newspapers, guest messages and faxes are always kept up
Promote all Hotel Sales and in-house facilities
Oversee and guide any functions taking place at the time
Assist in checking VIP arrival rooms and spot-checking rooms prior to guests’ arrival
Ensure that full night audit systems procedures are carried out and all reports are issued and distributed accordingly

3 & 4. Food & Beverage Attendant
📍- AX The Palace Hotel, AX Seashells Resort & AX Rosselli
⏱ - Part-Time
Ready to give guests the meal of a lifetime? The main focus of these 2 roles is to achieve the highest standards in Food & Beverage services while making sure every single guest walks away with a big smile and a full stomach.
Responsibilities:
Deal with complaints with compassion & efficiency, follow up on every issue until it's solved and the guest is satisfied
Greet guests & host them with charm and the utmost care
Make sure the standard of service remains consistently high
Serving & presenting food & drinks to customers.
Always be friendly and calm when communicating with guests
Forward any suggestions which will help the department move forward
Ensure that the proper hygiene standards are adhered to at all times.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills for top-level communication & team chemistry
A good food and beverage background, with a minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar environment is a must
Managerial skills to be able to motivate & train a team are a big asset
Willing to go the extra mile and be committed to ensure that guests/clients receive a pleasant, efficient and high level of service.
Be able to speak fluent English; another European language is also an asset.

5. Commis Chef
📍- AX The Palace Hotel
⏱ - Full Time
Time to make their mouths water! If you have a passion for cooking and love to make some tastebuds explode, this one's for you. Your role here will be assisting with the preparation, service & ordering of food, cooked or uncooked, and ancillary items to agreed standards.
Responsibilities:
Always keep your station in tip-top condition, aligned with health and safety standards.
Effectively communicate and report to all your seniors, supporting them in their day to day tasks.
To ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with new products, recipes and preparation techniques.
The commis chef has to know how to store food at the right temperatures.
To assist in the kitchen preparation and the buffet service area.
The commis chef must have the ability to control a buffet service area, while keeping stock and a well-presented area at all times.
The commis chef may serve as demi chef de partie in his absence.
To control and check items of equipment and to control the food stock.
The commis chef must attend to all meetings and seminars as and when required.
Being familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures.
The employee is also expected to perform any duties as per operations requirements as instructed by the Head Chef
Requirements:
To be customer orientated
Good knowledge of English language
Previous experience in a similar position will be considered as an asset
